The remote monitoring and recording of the absences and working hours of your employees or subcontractors at building sites can be realized in real time with our mobile radio communication-based Timekeeping Module which has been developed especially for this purpose.
Every employee is given a weatherproof ID button, which also fits on every keyring and therefore has an individual ID number. Your employees simply check in and out when they start and finish work and go on breaks by holding the ID button against the timekeeping module.
Attendance can be checked, recorded and logged at any time. The time-consuming and error-prone filling in and inputting of time sheets is no longer necessary.
The weatherproof device is connected to a power supply (vehicle voltage or 22 V) at a central location on the building site or in your company vehicle and works worldwide using the mobile radio communication network. |

In order to record the working hours of drivers or machine operators an ID button reader is installed in the relevant vehicle, e.g., on the dashboard. Each driver receives an ID button and therefore has an individual driver ID number. With this driver ID several drivers can use the vehicle and it can be established at all times who drove the vehicle when and where.
All times important for accounting are therefore automatically recorded and logged. Our internet server provides you with comprehensive analysis options including connection to your payroll accounting.
